Mysterions - Portishead

I've spend the most of my holydays coocking sushi. Im starting to hate this job. Well, i would actually hate any job working under 30ºC the whole day ;__;

Let's take a break.

An easy 2 listen hip-hop with a "dark theme" makes an increible (and one of the most clasic) trip-hop band ever. Not convinced? It have a female singer!!

Full of pain, feels and love catharsis. Also, "awsome 2 listen stoned" seal of aproval. Enjoy :3

Inside your pretending
Crimes have been swept aside
Somewhere where they can forget

Divine upper reaches
Still holding on
This ocean will not be grasped
All for nothing

Did you really want
Did you really want
Did you really want
Did you really want

Refuse to surrender
Strung out until ripped apart
Who dares, dares to condemn
All for nothing

Did you really want
Did you really want
Did you really want
Did you really want

The sun - Portugal. the man

Oh, hai. Long time no see. Actually I have been just diving into my study books. Pretty boring story to tell. Not much, only lot of new music to share, so... Keep your ears here :3

Lets make a fast album review.

Portugal. the man - Censored colors
http://www.lastfm.es/music/Portugal.+The+Man/Censored+Colors

Kinda "sunday & high" album. My favorite from this band. A lovely indie sound and some entrylevel-experimental. Easy to listen, hard to forget.

Similar to: Last days of April, Dear hunter.

Favorite song from the album:

The sun Lyrics:

If you look real high
You just might find
Sitting in the stars
Glistening, glistening
Waiting for the band to come
Just waiting for that man to come
Oh, I wonder...

Slip on down from that sun
To climb down to earth
And down to things like time
Because we are all, we are all just lovers
Born of earth and light like all these others

If you're talking to the moon
The moon might sing about the universe
Shouting out I don't need, I don't need time
I breathe in time
Where, where are we now?
Where, where are we now?

Slip on down from that sun
To climb down to earth
And down to things like time
Because we are all, we are all just lovers
Born of earth and light like all these others

If you're looking for the river
Just find the mouth
It's grinding like gnashing teeth foaming out, foaming out
Mixing up that hell to come
Just mixing up the hell to come
And it's fixing up to swallow me whole
Fixing up to swallow me whole
Fixing up to swallow my soul
Fixing up to swallow me whole

Slip on down from that sun
To climb down to earth
And down to things like time
Because we are all, we are all just lovers
Born of earth and light like all these others
We are all, we are all
Where, Where are we now?
We are all, we are all
Where, Where are we now?
We are all, we are all
Where, Where are we now?
Oh, I wonder

Pokemon Blue/Red - Wild Pokemon Battle

Just a normal morning and suddenly PAF! Wild memories appears! Oh... It feels like it was two days ago. I can still remember my team

>Duraznito (Charizard)
>Skulgrad (Nidoking)
>Lichars (Dragonite, joined at the middl of the game cuz it is a really hard-to-get pokémon)
>Cacaseca (Vileplum)
>Ovejo (Gyarados)
>Ioraloniel (Butterfree)

Still fucking hate you Blue's Arcanine ;__;

Have someone ever played with the Nuzlocke challenge?
The fuck is that?
Is like setting you normal pokemon cartridge into hard difficulty. How? Gonna explain...

Rules

The most basic Nuzlocke rules, as they were first introduced, are as follows:
Any Pokémon that faints is considered dead, and must be released.
The player may only catch the first Pokémon encountered in each area, and none else. If the first Pokémon encountered faints or flees, there are no second chances.

While not exactly a definite rule, the general consensus is that players must also nickname all of their Pokémon, for the sake of forming stronger emotional bonds.

Also, there are optional rules:

Though the above rules tend to stay consistent with all challengers, many optional variations and amendments to the rules also exist to further adjust difficulty. These include, but are not limited to:
  • Adjusting the first encounter rule to ban duplicate captures.
  • Considering a black out/white out to be "game over," even if there are Pokémon left in the PC.
  • Going to options and making the battle style "set", leaving you unable to switch out.
  • After the first wild Pokémon was caught, the starter Pokémon must be released.
  • Banning the use of potions and healing items, relying only on Pokémon Centers for healing.
  • Banning the use of Pokémon Centers, relying only on potions and healing items for healing.
  • Limiting Pokémon Center visits to a certain number per town.
  • Banning the use of held items.
  • Limiting the number of Poké Balls to purchase per Poké Mart.
  • Banning the use of Master Balls.
  • Rather than releasing the Pokémon, it can be migrated or permanently boxed should it happen to faint.
  • The player may not evolve captured Pokémon, but evolved Pokémon may be caught.
  • No catching/using of legendaries.
  • As a mercy rule, allowing 1-3 "second chances" or revives of fallen team members

Many other rules exist; challengers adjust their personal rules according to their own preferences. In order to be considered a true Nuzlocke Challenge, however, the two core rules must be in place.

Sh-t, Almost forgot about this is a music blog, not a vidya one. So here is the OST of the red/blue version

Blonde Redhead - 23

23 seconds, all things we love will die
23 magic, if you can change your life

Your tainted heart, my tainted love, repent now
How many times ?
As long as you live, how many times ?
The world will go around

He was a friend of mine, he was a son of god ... he was a son of a gun

23 seconds, in you I see a chance
23 magic, if you change the name of love

Your crazy heart, my crazy love, repent now
How many times ? As long as you wish
How many times ? The world will go around
How many times ? As long as you want
How many times ? The world will go around

He was a friend of mine, he was a son of a gun ... he was a son of god

23

Blonde Redhead is an American alternative rock band composed of vocalist/rhythm guitarist Kazu Makino and twin brothers Simone and Amedeo Pace (drums and vocals/lead guitar, respectively) that formed in New York City in 1993.

The band's earliest albums were noted for their indie and noise rock influences, though their sound evolved by the early 2000s with the releases of Misery is a Butterfly (2004) and 23 (2007), which both incorporated elements of dream pop and other genres. In 2010, the band released their eighth studio album, Penny Sparkle.

Acutally, I havnt heard this song many times, i dont even have donwloaded bought it, but I love it just for the 23 in its name.

The band has being becoming popular beneath the hipsters the indie-lovers groups. Mostly for its low-fi sound and that kind of lovely shit

Never meant - American football

let's just forget
everything said
and everything we did
best friends, better halves, goodbyes

and the autumn night
when we realized
we were falling out of love

there were some things
that were said
that weren't meant
like we never did

not to be
overly dramatic

i just think it's best
cause you can't miss what you forget

so let's just pretend
everything and anything
between you and me
was never meant

I've got a book of matches
I've got a can of kerosene
I've got some bad ideas involving you and me
I don't blame you for walking away
I touched myself had thoughts of flames
I shat the bed and laid there in it
Thinking of you wide awake for days
Wide awake for days

And I found you tongue-tied in my twisted little brain
You couldn't crack a smile
I didn't catch your name
I don't blame you for walking away
I'd do the same if I saw me
I swear it's not contagious
In four short steps we can erase this

Step one -- slit my throat
Step two -- play in my blood
Step three -- cover me in dirty sheets and run laughing out of the house
Step four -- stop off at Edgebrook Creek and rinse your crimson hands
You took me hostage and made your demands
I couldn't meet them so you cut off my fingers, one by one

I'm like a broken record
I've got a needle scratching me
It injects the poison of alcohol I.V.
I don't blame you for walking away
I'd do the same if I saw me
I swear it's not contagious
I swear to God it's not contagious

Step one -- slit my throat
Step two -- play in my blood
Step three -- cover me in dirty sheets and run laughing out of the house
Step four -- stop at Lake Michigan and rinse your crimson hands
You took me hostage and made your demands
I couldn't meet them so you cut off my fingers, one by one

This could be love - love for fire
This could be love - love for fire
This could be love - love for fire
This could be love for fire forevermore

Step one -- slit my throat
Step two -- play in my blood
Step three -- cover me in dirty sheets and run laughing out of the house
Step four -- stop at Berkeley Marina and rinse your crimson hands
You took me hostage and made your demands
I couldn't meet them so you cut off my fingers, one by one
One by one
